...freshers. They hire freshers and take advantage of them by paying salve wages. Salary is delayed every month, appraisal is delayed and harassment is constant. No scope to grow and hone your talents, terrible work culture where everybody is constantly paranoid about their job security. HR keeps changing every 3 or 4 months because most people can't handle the torture. I have seen many people join and leave the company within weeks. My honest advice will be to skip this company even if you have an offer, keep looking you can find other compnay because nothing can be as bad as this. REALLY, TRUST ME.

...pt latest technology. But as a part of Vega group job satisfaction is not there. even the appraisal and salary are not on time. And the work that is what assign as per the designation is simply unsatisfactory.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes, I have to work even on consecutive weekends. Also there is no on-job training for freshers. Even there is continuous transformation of employee from one project to another and even the work assigned is sometimes defer from the designation

There is nothing to be liked . Everything Sucks. No HR Policies No Proper Management. Terrible Place to work in.

No Proper salary , Credited late everytime after 10 of every month, HR team themselves do not follow the policies and rules. Improper Management

there is is no such point you will like about vega innovations. you will not learn anything from them. everything is waste. totally waste of time and even here you will not get hike. CTC's 10-12% is performance bonus which will definitely not getting
