It's very nice and learning company for all the employees mostly freshers, one good think is salary on time, some facilities are available, team and team leader was good

Work from home not give if any emergency situation it's very bad think that process are too late

Good Appraisal 14-20% is given every year based on the performance. If requirement is needed, you got opportunity to work on different projects. If you're well skilled knowledgeable person, you're in comfort zone. Job security is at the peak.

...small cultural events and tour arrangements. there is no other outside of work. Saturday is default working day with pay.

Good company for the Freshers and tenured with max of 2 years. Being good at process will make you to reach good place, salary and benefit is less yet good place for a start

...ity, There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The People over there are one of the best human beings I've come across in my life so far.

... needs you to work with them over a long period of time, and gives job security. Pay is little less compared to other companies, but we have appraisals and joining bonuses.
