...s going downhill and the pressure will be on you to do regular weekend work. And there is no background verification so Laterals with 6months and 1 year experience are posing as 2 or 3 years experience and getting more salary than people who are working there for 5 or 6 years. Many of these Laterals don't even know the basic denials Salary u can ask Fake experience of 2 years 30k inland Fake experience of 3 years 36 k The highest salary they offer for senior ar is 39 k. .all said there are some truly talented people that are working there because of which the company is still sustained. But the management is shit.

From my end salary negotiable was good.. That's the only positive part

...l and take step which is good for company but don't think about their employees. During pandamic the company couldn't bear employee expense hence had major salary cut down (70% were cut down) or employees were asked to leave.

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chillng. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politicas and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. on the job training is not given to new joinees.

...gn, management won't replace them. They will burden us with other people's work. They will even force you to work for 20hours per day but they won't pay enough. They will give you recognition and posting but won't give you hike. And there are lot more.

...e Tech during this covid situation. You mentioned that job security is your USP. But as employee I know how many people you moved to sabbatical and salary was reduced and paid only for 10 days. Next, you said company focused towards employee. If it is true, why you are employees are resigning and company is posting lot of vacancies in job portal, fb, linkedin. I understand you have to polish the company negative side because you are getting salary. But try to be open about the things happening there. Dont try to cover up things. And there is no free food which you mentioned
