salary after every 4 months completion. and that also will be on risk if you resign in between that 4 months. Nobody is talking about innovation in technology. The company is still working on tally in flexible division and that too for accounting only. No policies has been followed up in the company. Politics at the highest level, where if you can not make happy your superiors and management. You will be considered as nothing and your hard earn money can be deducted at Full and final payment even after verbal promises from Management. No learning available because of rigid mindset management.

No job guarantee, can fire person any time any how. No leave encashment after firing. No any settlement for notice period.

Dislikes

Forcing person to do night shift UpTo one month or more and if rejected, person will be fired

It adopts latest technology and accordingly updated their plants. Business Groth is commendable and try to keep their work force even during economic troubles in the country.

Dislikes

Nothing very bad. It is just like all other companies some plus & minus points are there.
