The thing is there is nothing to like about the company

Very less salary and the salary is on daily wages the amount for tour manager is 800 per day that also 10% TDS is cut Very slow growth The Tour manager who are the company's puppet gets to be a Tm Company also tells there are not much profit But the company is earning way more profit And the staff gets very low salary and the salary has not increased since 3 years The workload is also way more The TMs always does ragging of Assistant tour managers

Likes

For me, my team members and manager were friendly and approachable. We used to get opportunity to attend regular trainings on various destinations which I liked the most. Management are good people with lots of experience in this field.

Dislikes

Politics within the teams, low salary compared to other organizations, career growth is limited. Good for a fresher to gain some experience.

Likes

The people are good. Same level employees support each other. Management is good and approachable.

Dislikes

No promotion at all. Salary hike is something that’s totally absent. No support during covid times. They just give motivational speeches and nothing else. So many people are on roll but aren’t paid saying there’s no business. Salary is been cut by almost 25% and on the other hand they are also hiring new people with increased salary. Total hypocrites.

Work culture- Work culture is good. Location - It is 5 mints walk from Railway station.

...ng their personal work if you are gossip hound then you can expect appraisal. Salary - This company is not at all a good Payer. There is a lot work pressure but you won't get paid accordingly. You might get hike in the range of 2-3k yearly. Leaves- You work in travel company but you won't be able to plan any vacation with your family and friends. As there is always a season or off season offers launching. Even if you have ample leaves with you, still you won't be able to utilise the same. Working days- Monday - Saturday (In offer months you have to work on Sundays too)

I liked the way they’ve kept the employees intact. Only bad thing is we’re not being paid

We’re not being paid. 80% team is made to sit at home and no work no pay policy is shoved even though other offices are opened.
