Don't join as company don't believe in human values ; greedy people who blame there failure on new joinees and can betray any one any time. They don't have morale values They can fire you any time Each you will feel your last day If you want to commit suicide than only joint this company

The no of variants and production efficiency in case of Bottled Water Dispensers. I admired the energy level of the MD.

The impatience of the MD. The inconsistent and weak HR policies. Impractical approch on Cost Engineering, leading to performan ce and construction problems in Chest Freezers as a product line. Too much of Centralisation

For freshers its was a good company in term of learning and understanding the process of manufacturing and management.

After the knowing of all process I felt that there was no scope in some new things, challenges, new growing opportunity👎. Just repeating same problem which was in last. There is no fix "out time".

Everything. It's not company, like of lala shop. The owner has no humanity at all. He doesn't know how to behave with staff. Any time he call and asking everything which is not in your jd. Terrible working culture.
