Absolutely nothing. It is stressful to the core.

...rk from home (everybody mentions it in their reviews but it's not prevalent). 4. There's a chunk of salary cut off under bonus, I never got a penny of it. 5. Favouritism is plenty. The one who should not encourage it actually does it flamboyantly. 6. HR and company policies are never followed. The HR tries to help the employees but is never successful. 7. Lies are told during interview process. E.g. Notice period. 8. Taking leaves is a crime. 9. Micromanagement to the core and the boss is always right outlook. 10 No training is provided. Have to learn everything on your own (which is good in a sense but newcomers do require a little spoon feeding)

Likes

Exploration to new learning and implementation. Brainstorming and executing the ideas.

Dislikes

Too much of discussion. Irrelevant thought process. No streamlined process. Feared to give powers. Micromanagement of the work. Expect irrelevant or unproductive calls over weekends. Although hours are flexible but might fail to recognise the work accomplished.

Likes

It is a growing company with lots to learn. The HR is understanding and accommodating. The timings are flexible and only 1st Saturday is working. The people are helpful and processes are in place.

Dislikes

Clinical research is a trending area due to Covid-19 and hence work pressure is high. Timelines are stringent.
