Company values are good. Salary is good no proper hike/appraisal cycle

No growth technically. Office infrastructure is very bad. No proper ergonomic chairs. No proper cafeteria. Cafeteria is built on the terrace with tin shade on top which becomes very hot during day time. No job security. Did 4+ layoffs in the same financial year.

...rything. A great place to work, excellent work culture and growth opportunities. Compensation and benefits are quite satisfactory. It is very important to understand if you are truly aligned with the vision and missions of the company. A flat architecture and the leadership team is easily approachable.

Worst support from from my team(HR team). Business Stakeholders are worse here, most of them behave like illiterate and demand illogical things. HR head who is also the co-owner(Simriti Goel). She is the worse.

There are no proper salary provided each as per discussed during the hiring and every month for some silly reasons they deduct the salary .... lot's of partiality among the team and seniors don't even know how to talk to the employees no proper work culture/ ethics to be followed. More over if complain all this issue to higher authority they won't even listen to it rather they will make it even more worse ...

...about the working time that is not at all applicable while working on the flore. And no proper response for your salary Or payslip details. And very rude behaviors by TL and CH.
