...at it is a great company. Nobody is perfect but vedantu is still good company. Salary on time. Good incentives and timely deposited in account. Work from home is work from your comfort and very good. Regular trainings and sometimes you don't need but still you have to complete task of training through tied up platform. 3 hrs pbt criteria including ringing time and talk time and VC duration time that we can do easily in 8-10 hrs. Policies are very good and very transparent. If you complete 1 year so company will give retention bonus according to your target vs achievement upto 1 L rs in one shot and only few companies provide these things. If your TL and centre head is good then no need to worry about work life balance,if you complete target. At last just achieve your target and enjoy

Pbt criteria is very bad for them who completed there target before end of the month because still they have pressure to complete pbt. High pressure If you don't achieve targets then it will be difficult for you but if 70% is achieved so you can relax. Company is good but if your TL is bad then everything is bad for you. Little bit hectic to work 8-12 hr in front of laptop. Online demo is compulsory.

...standing their positions in the organization. But managament is some where good. Pay outs are time to time they will pay. Immediate actions and useless rules they will put. Product price is high but quality is excellent. Especially worst rules and no proper managament and support. My rating of vedantu is 2.5

changing the rules, immediate stupid actions, no senior faculties for guide the sales. heavy politics, fraud sales.

...ot at all secured in edu-tech company. Teammates are supportive and encouraging. For time being it's WFH Company policies are worst, but the incentive structure & salary was good.

...e is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues properly. Salary is decent but no career growth. Company may remove you at any point of time.
