Pay-wise it is good for metallurgy people after B.tech when compare to others. Company has good standards. you will get exposure in overall business Job security is very good till age 40 Best industry for women in-terms of security and care

You should forget you are a engineer and believe you are a workmen Diploma and 10th pass seniors will give orders what to do without having any knowledge Forget about promotion till 5-6 years if you are from metallurgy If company is running normally without breakdowns, all shift people will get is claps and rewards for general shift people you don't have any value till you work in shifts Be prepare for blame games.

- no work life balance, have to work on weekends and post office timing - no work from home flexibility - all must come to office - Saturday is a working day - bad work culture - young people aren’t given their due. Very archaic thinking
