Yes it's a great place to work, I think Vedanta only a organisation gives opportunity to young and fresher to build their career.

Salary and allowance is very good but promotion moderately slow and work pressure quite high

Pathetic organization... Only initial package is good which attract many good students. If u have MBA plans after initial work exp. then u can go for it just for period for 2-3 years otherwise Its impossible to work there

Environment ,working culture , location , career stagnation , management(too many big guns very few employee ). In short Not a organisation to have ur carrer with.

The company is good for learning and upgradation. One can maintain work life balance well enough, company policy is good at all levels especially the medical facility. Best part is team work, fellow mates are really good enough in helping and motivating to reach our targets.

Dislikes

A common point despite of any company is growth, growth is slow though compensation is decent. Though team supports you, during appraisal time you get same answer always.

...e work locations in hills & jungles where interactive ETA connectivity is worst. There is shift concept, no extra pay for night shift.

...freshers can learn a lot. Vedanta fully empower it's employee in different role. Salary is best in industry. Very good growth as well.

Not valuing experience..... giving more value to fresher Need to consider Saturday off
