Lot of inter departmental opportunities. Young talent is motivated to take on higher responsibilities. Ownership is levied at very young stage.

Dislikes

Low compensation . Slow growth in terms of promotion. People not open to new ideas. Poor HR management system.

...l as competitive. Company policies are good but appraisals were not fair enough. They are meant to demote employers and excessive work load was there with no salary hike. Vedanta do supported in Covid 19 but by cutting the pps policies of employers. It effected the most to the lower category employees/executives.

Dislikes

Work environment was so negative. Hectic schedule, less employers more work load. Low pay scale less promotion rates. Full of politics, no career growth appraisals demote the employers.

Pay-wise it is good for metallurgy people after B.tech when compare to others. Company has good standards. you will get exposure in overall business Job security is very good till age 40 Best industry for women in-terms of security and care

You should forget you are a engineer and believe you are a workmen Diploma and 10th pass seniors will give orders what to do without having any knowledge Forget about promotion till 5-6 years if you are from metallurgy If company is running normally without breakdowns, all shift people will get is claps and rewards for general shift people you don't have any value till you work in shifts Be prepare for blame games.

...freshers can learn a lot. Vedanta fully empower it's employee in different role. Salary is best in industry. Very good growth as well.

Not valuing experience..... giving more value to fresher Need to consider Saturday off
