For a fresher the salary is good and a good oppurtunity to learn about work. Colleagues are very Helpful.

Dislikes

Work-Life balance is very poor. Moreover the HR policies doesnt benefit the employees. In particular the location Lanjigarh is very remote and communication is so poor. However you will be povided with hardship allowance

Salary Package, Double weekoffs on 1st and 4th weeks, Mediclaim is total free of 9 lakhs, Sodexo card system

Work culture very bad, Plant is always in shutdown, people's work like robots and they forget to smile, No Spares in Plant, Seniors are very rude. No Promotion for people's, one who works never gets praised.

In vedanta senior managements are so flexible so I am exciting to work as like as my home. Here all employees arefriendly so it is a family.

...ted. Hundred percent obviously secured. In vedanta career growth is much better. Our salary is now ok but it needs to be high because I have 9 years experience in this plant. Here every one is getting chance for new training session as per schedule.

Vedanta is a very good company and Job security and salary structure are very good for the future.

Dislikes

Poor management No proper management now needs to be change management immediately. Not a good environment to work there at this time. so request to change the top management ASAP. The community also dislike CSR and other external function so need to be changed all old employees.

Well recognised limited organisation. Strong balance sheet with heavy hidden debt. So many responsibilities, and opportunity for R&D and improvement.

Dislikes

... work culture is pathetic . Work life balance is terrible but policies are good. Life of employee is limited with extra duty hours without any compensation.
