All around excellent about my vedanta , Vedanata does a hard work against CoVid-19 , sometimes it was difficult to handle a lots of problem but my vedanta was struggling and fight against that problem and recover our productions.

Bcoz salary was decrease and rating was not occurred that was my point.But as pandemic situations vedanta was struggle a lot and tried to solve the salary problem. It was not solved yet.

Teammates are supportive.They give good salary in time. Salary hike and bonus is there for every year.

Dislikes

There are lots of politics and you can't address your issue if a employee do address issue then straight back questions will be asked regarding the performance. In this pandemic situation the management cut the salary in some amount which is unpleasant.

When I am doing work at Vedanta Aluminum and power plant ltd at Jharsuguda there have safety arrangement good but salary is not coming time to time due to my company problem.

When I am working at Vedanta Aluminum one thing is not compare between Vedanta safety office and contractor safety officer and that is Safety Helmet. while Vedanta safety officer using orange color Helmet but Contractor safety officer using Green color Helmet.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
