I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

I have been working there for 4 years.during this years I never feel any problem..it was full of couragement.it was full of friendly atmosphere. The system the management is totally balanced. The staffs are very co operative,helpful in nature. I feel very proud to be a employed of there.

Dislikes

No proper infrastructure for biomedical engineering department. For day to day tools depend on maintenance department. Nursing call the shots like most hospital.Does not look like we are working in a professional setup.

Not much ,people are approachable from CEO to Doctors

No position respect even a peon can complaint against you.Professionalism is zero . Job profile is hazy and keeps changing . Good for Freshers ,would not recommend for experience people.
