They will keep you work on Sunday. Accounts Guys .. Please do not join if you want to ruin your sleep. I had to Take sleeping pills while working in this company. However Things might be changed but have to work on holidays as well if you join in accounts

Manyawar company are good and reputed . Maintain dignity of brand.. but Bilaspur chattisgarh franchise are defaulted because 3month salary not release.. And salary not giving timely. Please give my salary and lockdown time 39000.please justice .And maintain Manyawar dignity..

Very long working hours, salary less than industry standard. Very less leaves. No work life balance. Rude HRs. Family business. Office location very very bad and unsafe. No cafeteria.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
