...tion department salaries for failed batch, Yes the situation is such pathetic. The salary structure is too poor and the work load is very high there will be no peace left if you joined here. Travelling bus is provided but once it goes for repairing no one knows when will it come back so travel by your own without any allowances. Breakfast is provided which is okayish. VEDANT is only for those people who are: Fresher and need to get some experience max to max 1 year not more than that. People who are in dire need of a job to pay there bills and have no option , but look for a job side by side. People who are useless and don't want to do much and are shameless about getting yelled from MD. If you don't fit in any of this above criteria then completely avoid this organization because everyone is worth alot then this worst organization. Thank you!

...ont even respect their own parents. So you can imagine how they treat emplyees. scamming poor employees out of their money is their favourite hobby, and one day, they will definitely pay for it. In fact, Karma has already set up camp in their admin department. Soon, all the employees will be kicked out, and then karma will come for th queen herself. And guess what? they gave that so called karma a 15% increment and a shiny carrot to keep it entertained. Lets see how they use and exploit it now! Till date, every single employee from the HO office and the factory office has cursed this management - because they deserve every bit of it. They even threaten poor office boys with late night calls, making big claims about what they will do - but in realty, they never do anything, because at the core, they are just a bunch of idiots. SO HERE'S MY REQUEST: DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YO WANT YOUR CAREER TO BE RUINED BY THESE FOOLS.

The management in our company is very good, it is an important point that the workers or the bosses work together, and I get to learn a lot while working here.

Salary issue is a little bit, they should pay some attention about salary increase, and I am there on contract basis, I think the salary should be increased in one year
