There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign.

No job satisfaction, no career as well as salary growth, no job security, worst place for work, no transparency in management, support means begging culture, company hired anyone for engineer role and most importantly no respect and care for field employees .
