Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. company doesn't know what it is doing, neither providing salary to his employee, if you are being sanctioned for 25000 per month, u will get 5000 per month, this is what the company is, even the owner pretends that he is very busy, but the company is hardly having any business to work and give employee their salary, its is a useless company

Dislikes

no salary to employees, company wants sales person to roam all India without paying any expense part, doesn't provide materials to discus with the clients for business, calls is not receive , whenver asks for salary they says i will give you tommorrow
