1. No Work Life Balance. 2. Poor Salary Structure (Not much difference in salary structure offered to the freshers with the salary provided to persons having 4 years post qualification experience) 3. Review of assignments by the senior post working hours leading to shifting of working from 9 hours to atleast 11 hours and that too on daily basis. 4. No benefits for overtime worked on daily basis. 5. Forcefully compelled to work on the period taken as leave for personal work. 6. No systematic allocation of work within the team.

Politics, Huge salary deductions during covid and continue the same for a long time, fixed bonus converted in variable without discussing with employees and and pay around 3% bonus of the sum total due as bonus.

Some CA are highly professional. They have average client base. Environment is positive. Team mates are supportive. Located in well connected place. No Problem in taking leaves ( depends on seniors mood). Ved Jain sir is highly educated abd motivated personality.

Dislikes

...ur sweeper is earning more than us. Even our stipend don't cover our metro fare. Even small firms are paying 4k-5k. Please pay atleast that much amount,we are able to take one coaching on own. Second, please improve client base. Dont stop on GROZ,JOTINDRA, NHPC, ICRA, OM electronics. Third, please try to improve work culture and process of work.

It was a great working with this firm . Specially it is a privilege to work with tax guru Ved Jain Sir and observing and learning from him closely, hence overall it was a great experience working in ved jain. I have passed 4 years in direct tax litigation as deputy manager.

Overall company is not a good place to work. Underpaid employees, no job security, biased mgmt , not at all employee friendly environment
