Job security is good, work culture is average. You will have a lot of things to learn as lot of errors come in the companies financial reporting system. You will grow if you take initiative.

Pay is on the lower side. Area is very secluded no restaurants and eating joints nearby.

Good work environment and culture. All staffs are supportive and helpful. Management are likely good, salary and other benefits are good, but increment is average, mainly depends upon your skills and capabilities. There is no cafeteria in any unit of Vectus across India.

The work style and apps are decent. If I talk about salary, all thing is good.

Hello guy's I'm talking about only Vectus Jammu plant. Only one thing is good here job security. Because expect 2 to 3 people no one are educated and skilled so basically they (HR & GM) are run the company like dictator for example there are no chairs for Lower level employees (Below HOD). 😂 They pressurized you in unreasonable things because they are coming for time pass only. I don't know why company like vectus tolerate them.

... form HO but here jammu HR totally useless fellow. You can not ask anything (ie. Salary slip, leave balance etc) from him otherwise he started politics against you. Each and every employee in vectus jammu plant are frustrated and tortured from these two Dictator (HR & GM).
