Nor a start up nor a mid firm, they support all basic needs like leave (lop) and all are friendly too.

Got to work more and get paid less, km you get 3 rupees petrol which is not sufficient in these days, 10th of every month salary, which again does not meet our commitments, claim will be given above 20th of a month, no work life balance some days you go early somedays it might be 10 or 11 which you can come late by one hour next day, the amount of travell will exhaust you for sure now I leave it to you good or bad to join

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
