Leave policies, you can take leave without any information to your reporting manager. Work timings, you can go the walk of the ground without any information to anyone. Take many tea break, lunch break ( can go out of the office).

Continue Hiring and firing Salary delayed Toxic work environment Late night work, you have to work entire night No promotion, no rewards PF always on hold Mr. Santosh Nayak ( Higher authority person) always abusing the employees and very bad behaviour with the female employees. They always fired employees without any information. HR are available only for hiring and firing. They don't have any power. HR are just increasing number of the employees in the organisation

This company is AR/VR based company. It works on new technology emmeresive learning app developed though unity3d. I love veative architecture and environment. Veative labs client US based client.

The work pressure is very high. No job security. Salary does not come right time that is last date of month.

Everything. Company CEO doesn't have vision amd goal about the company they hire the people and then fire them saying they don't need them ad company vision is now changes. They are just playing with people career

It's good company. I have worked with this company. Great learning here. I will join again if I will get opportunity. It's company to take long stand here . I like this company.

Last time I had joined but due to dirty politics at site and mental pressure I left but I was not happy to left this company. I will be happy to this again if there will not be any internal politics. I prefer my work and performance and would like to move ahead in company by providing my best efforts. Over all company is good.
