U have to work on weekends also as per requirement and there is requirement on every weekend. Also u have to xtend you time beyond office hours. All mentioned above is normal from the perspective of Manager & HR.

Workers Union dominating over management and getting High perks / salary more than manager biggest drowback of company if you join here you will see and engineer earnings much lesser than from an union workers

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address the issue. Salary is poor and no career growth.If you have done extra ordinary work then there is no appreciation from company only great thanks or good job. Giving preference to local candidates.
