Only there is no boundation of timing for in and out if you have any personal work you can came late or either go early an hour or half hour.

Dislikes

There is no leave given by company and salary for leave is deducted. Those who joined before have job surity, new joining employees have no job surity. It also been happen that to be listen termination over phone without knowing the reason and received salary till date not for 3 months which is the rule. Never get appreciation for good work. Senior never guides you as they not want.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
