...in the office and there are no proper chairs to sit on. Management is the worst. There are too many deductions on salary. No employee satisfaction. The common washroom for the employees is not properly maintained, the drinking water facility is also not good, and there are cockroaches near the aqua guard. No proper training is given on joining. Although they are into labor law compliance, they don't provide maternity leaves to the women in their organization, no PF is given. They will take 2-degree mark sheets on joining as a security, in case the employee absconds. Most employees in this organization abscond because of the toxic work environment.

...ppreciate is to be spoon 🥄 of CEO. So you can avail leave without been judge. Don't except the salary here bcz even if you get 12000 there so many deduction like if you not wear shirt 500rs deducted if not put your shoes proper in shoe case or fall mistake it fall from shoe case 500Rupees fine. If you have a birthday then it's your mistake because they will charge you as buck to gave a sweet gift. Overall you have to work 7 days in a week.

I only like one thing that I have learned a lot in this firm but with lots and lots of pressure

Everything. Their ambience is worst. Rats, unhygienic washrooms and they always question on your personal life. The employer judge you on your looks as well. Even if you don't know the work they won't guide you they just impose work on you. The employer will manipulate you whenever you try to put resignation. The working hours my God even if you come before time you need to go late. There is no over time paid. And also you need to report your daily updates to the CEO it might take you 8 :30 pm to leave the office still you need report. There is a huge line for reporting and you can't come by 6:30 for report because then they will taunt you saying you just want to go early home and not doing any work. You can't be friendly with your colleagues more other wise they feel you are making a team and being against them. There are many more reason to dislike this organization. On holiday also some time they will make you work incase you don't come they will terminate you and incase you come no comp off is provided.

Timings,Work environment, Owner unnecessary interfere into your work, unnecessarily holding employees for 30 min every day, No maternity paid leave provide to Lady staff. Leaves on Saturday is on there mood.
