...l promises on benefits like travel allowance, meals etc. given during interview. They will give any false promise in order to make you agree for lesser salary. And after joining, they would tell "I never gave any such promises". Better get an Email confirmation; that will help you in the future. No job security; you may be fired anytime.

Less monitoring. They is no micro-managing.

The salary is very low and we can never expect a decent hike after completing a year with VDart. Even if you are an excellent performer, you will be given 3-5k as hike. Your salary will never be a match for your experience 😔. Also they will treat you different once you are out of the organisation. They will pretend to be nice when you are an employee.👎🏻

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.

Everything is fine. But need to increase the payment options. Salary is low for an experienced candidate.

VDart is a good scope for those who started their job as a fresher. Lots of learning about Culture, Communication and Process.

Dislikes

Cafeteria is small in size and for tea and coffee a machine should be placed instead of keeping work to them. The current contract for food is worst ,they are not making it on proper time and making everyone to feel very bad about the food.

I done a 20days internship at VDart as a internal IT, I like a company culture and I learned new things and They allowed me to do company works and I get lots of insights from their employees and my mentor during intern period.

I haven't disliked anything because they guided well
