I reaqlly appreciate the work culture at VDart. My teammate is incredibly supportive and adds to the positive admosphere. Although i used to enjoy the food provided by VDart at the beginning, my preferences have since changed. I genuinely enjoy working with a company like this, especially because they conduct beneficial learning and development sessions, as well as lunch and learn sessions. Additionally, they have the website with LMS portal that offers various free awareness courses, which I find very helpful.

Dislikes

...we may be expected to extend for some extra hours if we fail to meet our target. Furthermore, our salary is much lowe compared to market norms. Initially this company provide good quality food for dinner and healthy drinks during break time. Howerever, now the quality of the food for dinner is not good and the snacks provided during breaks are not helathy. Moreover, job security solely depends on the feedback given by the superiors.

Truly VDart is an excellent place to work. VDart gives us enough leverage to balance work and personal life.

Dislikes

Employees' hard work isn't given enough recognition. I feel promotions are not given at the right time and are delayed because the individual will receive a salary hike.

...l promises on benefits like travel allowance, meals etc. given during interview. They will give any false promise in order to make you agree for lesser salary. And after joining, they would tell "I never gave any such promises". Better get an Email confirmation; that will help you in the future. No job security; you may be fired anytime.

...uring breaks are very worst. Employee gross value income is very lower on VDart. Our company salary is significantly lower in compared to the indian market.

Working in VDart is a different experience which we all have the Work Life balance, Salary with Benefits, Promotions/Appraisal, Job Security, Skill Development and Work Satisfaction with company Culture.

A dislike about working at VDart is night shift, but that is work.
