There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. I'll suggest everyone not to join VDA at all. Very less salary, you have to work third party & VDA HR are most rude, pathetic person.Not having word to describe. 6 days working no any holiday very disgusting.

It gives opportunity to many freshers as well as new talent. Policies are good and they pay your salary without delay.

They are not having any fun activities or any extra curriculum activities even they didn't invite for company lunch or dinner. Face to face Town Hall is very rare.
