...y don't show it but it is there in grass root level. Seniors do not work at all. Annual Package is given based on colleges not merits and skills.

...me and getting into other companies by clearing interview becomes tough as well. Just by paying comparatively a higher pay than the normal salaries going around one gets stuck in a data entry job. Would suggest not to get in here by seeing higher packages, rather get in somewhere where there is technical things undertaken.

Absolutely loved working here, I would recommend everyone to atleast work here once. The company culture is amazing and sets a benchmark for all the other companies to follow. The people are amazing and they really help you out. Also the working hours are really flexible

Since it's a construction tech company the software developers are a little underpaid but the company still tries their best to match the standards

The work is interesting and there is quite a bit to learn. There is culture of accountability which I like. There is future oriented movemet of the company as a whole, largely guided by the father company of DPR and a future focused leadership team. Although I personally have not experienced it myself, you have the flexibility to switch internally which I definitely want to exercise.

Dislikes

The issue for me specifically is that they dont take into consideration the experience and knowledge one has. Due to the mistakes I made in my past the growth that I saw as an individual is pretty mediocre. But even after the leadership liking the work that I do, the increment was nothing special. I hope to see a good growth in the coming cycle. But as that has yet to fructify I cant comment. As the

1. When it comes to Appraisals. Average to below average raise even if you have performed well throughout year. 2. Hiring is being done from top tier colleges but folks joining seems to be below average in terms of work. And earning more than people already working for company for quite a long. 3. Due to corporate restructuring team is in dilemma about future in near term.
