...rn nothing and they as you to work for free saying you will sharpen your skills. They didn't pay my 3 months salary and kept giving me dates for my own pay. No allowances Mr. CLEMENT HAVE A BIG MOUTH but thats for his own benefit. Guys dont ruin your lifes by joining this company and they themselves say company has no money to pay salaries

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
