Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Very near to home and less travel but have to stay back late most of the time.

Dislikes

There is lot of micro-management from the Top management. No focus and the whole team is not able to focus on daily tasks assigned to us. The vibe comes across very fearful and uncertainty.
