Well as i was working on my freewill without taking any salary just for getting this experience so i was lacking satisfaction and sense of settlement and financial growth. And also lacking behind with skills also at small place in mainpuri.

i like my job as it is related to my field(homeopathy).i get the experience of working in a private clinic,how to deal with different kind of people ,getting knowledge about disease exposure to people.my timings are good ,i can spend my rest of the day with my family.its not hectic

as a doctor i am not getting satisfying salary which is the only drawback of my job

...ience about my teammates we all stands together with a healthy competitive mind. Salary is quite good they pay well. Carrer growth is not tat much excellent as i expected because it's entirely out from my profession. Work and life is also balancable but the stress level is far high it's with every job right? Working environment is stressful because of targets and clients satisfaction is poor. They need an rapid cure with inexpensive medicines tats not possible now a days. Job security i really don't how to estimate that. If a person is ready to put his 100% hard work along with flexibility character towards the higher authorities then he / she can survive in such industries and most important must have lots and lots of patience.

All depends on Team Leads, whether he has any working knowledge or not. After some time there will be regret of joining no leave policy salary will get deducted if any leave taken, also you have to work on weekends for free o cost. No work life balance
