When I joined VAYUZ, I lacked skills and knowledge. Here, I have had the opportunity to learn about many things, not only in terms of professional development but also in personal growth. The support I receive from everyone is amazing.

it was my first company so i didn't know about the management process, but all thanks to Vayuz, their management made my life hell which forced me to search about labour law, and write a professional email sometime about timed salary, sometimes salary slip and releasing letter.

being in a contractual position via vayuz, their management is the peak of unprofesssionalism, the thing that should be done in a well structured and timely manner eg salary process, asking for a document, releasing letter. i swear, every month i have to email them, then personally whatsApp the HR, and finally call then they process. in my small carrer Experience, i haven't heard of such idiotic management. a big RED FLAG for contractual position. which they don't even speak its contractual, it seems we are joining a company via vayuz, i literally after joining and serving 2 months got to know its a contractual postion, then saw the appointment letter (this was a very silly mistake on my part), where they have written some of the weirdest claws i have ever seen.

I have seen many positive things in VAYUZ. I have had Co-founders help in my professional life but also my personal life. If you love to work hard, do something in life, and want to become something, that's the place for you. If you are looking for a luxurious life, Luxury things where you have to do everything in your comfort zone, then this company is not for you.

Highly unprofessional ( they don't have an office boy in place, they make employees do all the office boy work) The CEO uses F words for the employees Make employees work on weekends too Extreme level of micromanagement They do not provide laptops for work They don't have a coffee machine at the place They use employee's resources for office operations
