There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The vaya finserve company compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 18-20hours straight in day I have to attend clints calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual s, Unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

For all the Private Companies Job Security is not there, Vaya's Job Secu5 is good. Some times you feel insecure, but the top level managers will always keep you secure. Work Culture needs to be more good. Policies is really good, you will learn a lot good things by working in Vaya.

Salary Hike and Bonus should be there for low level employees too

Job threatening is there. No increment from two years. Salary revision will happen to who close to ceo. Designation and experience salary is not there.
