Dislikes

No salary growth, only growth for their favorite employees. Strict timings, owner has very rude attitude. There is application for time tracking, for how many times you have used keyboard and mouse. sat-sun need to work and line up the interviews. No job satisfaction.

On time salary, never got issue on salary. Secure job - no-one has been fired till now. Career growth- if you have good skills or learnability then you will get good opportunities for career growth. Nice appraisal if you have skills. No office politics. Nice working environment.
