No doubt company is very good, but in my branch the way bosses are treating is like executives are dogs and bosses are hunter master, we have no choice we have no respect we are already in big trouble due the Covid living on rental houses having big responsibilities of our own life and family, I suffer to get milk for 1 month when I get the milk and I make a cup of tea that day I feel like I’m still alive I did my best towards the company still my salary was deducted and when I ask boss to give me the reason always get a response (we will come to this later), my salary was not so high I’m just getting the amount which is enough for my basic needs like food & rent only after that I have nothing in my hand to save, no one care about my personal problems no one care about my health no one care about how many months are over and I am not able to see my family face. I’m not angry but very much disappointed because in reissue everyone in our head office know my work is. I’m not at all scared to informing you this. The policy in Delhi branch is very clear we are the boss you listen only weather you are right or wrong.

Dislikes

The own imagination of boss, if they imagine executive are not working from home they are very sure about that and due to 1 or 2 people who always buttering the other have to suffer because in place of buttering we are working, I save a lot of value in reissue, I am very happy because I did my job very professionally, with very loyalty, hard work and kindness to all weather he/she is boss or my cliques.
