I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. No job security,very bad culture,even hr also don't know their policies,following only GM instructions,finally anybody can't work more than 2months.

Better don't go to this company until the GM left the company,that is not possible because he is one of the partener in the company.
