Before 1st round I asked them what is your budget for this profile then they said its depend on your last drawn and skills but at last i got to know from someone it was not half of my last drawn. Total wastage of time

Very lengthy producers to follow to do any work need to take much producer's and involve many people for one small task dependent working on everyone thus productivity gets down and motivation comes down.
