Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

It's a good company with alot of projects.

Dislikes

No Appreciation & encouragement for the work . No proper management. You can get appreciation only if you have any reference orless any support from the higher management . We can't grow in this type of company where they dominates a your profile and won't give opportunities for your promotions/ Appraisals if you won't have any reference / support form the higher end (management).

Only Infrastructure. There is nothing good to talk about Vasavi Atlantis.

Dislikes

Management should know where to place candidate based on candidature profile. They recruit as Sr Manager and made people work as Telecaller. PATHETIC..

Top management is very good. They are Giving value for technical people

Dislikes

Hr dept is worst. Head hr is does not know his assistant what is doing. Below the head hr persons are taking powers and behave differently for person to petson. head hr will not see anything just talking hours together. Hr policies are different from person to person doing by hr assistants.
