THERE IS NOTHING MUCH TO TELL THE POSITIVES ABOUT VASAVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING BUT "THE SALARY WILL BE GIVEN ON TIME BY 31ST OF EVERY MONTH"

!. NOT TREATING THE EMPLOYEE AS A HUMAN BEING 2. NO RESPECT AT ALL FROM THE ADMINISTATION 3. NO NCREMENTS AT ALL 4. CASTE FEELING FROM THE ADMINISTRATION AND THE MANAGEMENT 5. NO TEAMWORK AND NO HEALTHY WORK EACH OTHER IN THE DEPARTMENTS 6. NO PROPER PLAN FROM THE ADMINISTRATION TO EXECUTE THE WOKS 7. ALL WORKS WILL BE DUMPED AT ATIME AND ASKING TO SUBMIT THE SAME IN A VERY SHRTH AMOUNT OF TIME 8, EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING FROM HOME EVEN AFTER THE WORKING HOURS OF COLLEGE 9. ADMINISTRATION NEITHER CARE nor HELP THE EMPLOYEES 10. THERE ARE MANY MORE OTHER POINTS I CAN PUT HERE WITH RESPECT AN INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEE, BUT AM NOT DOING IT NOW.

I am into the opinion that Vasavi College Of Engineering is the well discipline college where the environment is very adaptable for the students and this is the best platform for the students career growth. Another plus point is there will be complete support from the administration in the placements area.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the number of subjects and labs are more for example 9 to 13 subjects with 2 to 3 labs which is really very hard for the students to work on it in one semester. I hope it is better if there are limited subjects which are important for their respective branches.
