final settlement was not done , even though we worked for 7 years our graduity was not done till date. no communication from the management

It has been wonderful team and many of them emerged leader during tough period. Organisation is presently connected with team's emotions and selfishless. Majority are ready to protect the organisation than their self emoluments. This is first of my experience in 24 years of my service. Many a times work-life balance has not been a matter. It has been pleasure. In the present day, 90% of employees have crossed 5 yrs. What a wonderful achievement to notice. Many of the policies are user freindly. These are drafted with the consensus of many existing leaders.

ED and IT raids due to financial indiscipline. Statutory non-compliance
