Varroc is a good employer with good work culture. Flexible work hours, on time salary, peer respect. People and management are supportive. Lots of learning across various engineering disciplines. Good interactions with plant and corporate to make experience more rewarding.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are not at par with industries. Need more projects / order to increase job security. No international exposure for ordinary employees.

1. Salary cut is very high for 6 month for each employee upto 50% during COVID-19 situation. 2. Employees removed from job with incorrect blaming. 3. In Covid-19 situation forced to employee to work from office with 50% salary for 6 month. 4. Company didn't take responsibility (medical expenses) who work from Office due to forced by management. 5. No any work from home expenses provide by company. 6. No facility provided to employee work from office during lockdown. (No canteen, no transportation and no any expenses for these facilities) 7. No job security.

Dislikes

1. Management is too poor quality and unprofessional. 2. Insecure work environment and there is no any value for technical expertise. 3. Compensation will get deducted if employee reach after 9:30am in office. No time flexibility. 4. No enough technical tool and instruments available for work place. Also the technology is too old and outdated. 5. Boss is always right and you can't argue or cross question them.

the work is best in this company and also my work is best under quality and production both.and company also provided bus for travel and i work happily in this company.i also like the empoyee re hire policy here.

when the company production under down then company get holidays for 3/4 days i dont like this and salary also less

False Promises: If you want career growth or even a clear understanding of your salary structure, this is not a place for you. Advice to the Management: Focus on building a transparent, employee-focused culture. Stop the boss-pleasing culture and start recognising genuine talent.

Supportive colleges. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Company Work culture. No promotion even after you are Handling and Work as Leading position. Promotion and Rating Changes Done By HR and Given to HR Relatives even after they are not Capable and don't know there work. (Need HR to work like HR)
