...e is not MNC like. Work life balance is good when it comes to Corporate Finance. Compensation and Hikes are not up to the mark. Corporate Governance can be improved by leaps and bounds.

Dislikes

Lack of Corporate Governance. Hikes and bonus are below industry standards. Not able to keep with changing working cultures (Still not applying hybrid culture for corporate staff also).

There is no much follow up call after day closing time, but works start very punctually at morning

For even small late coming time also salary cut, no matter if you worked very late for night for closing issue

There is not a single reason to like varroc as an employer.

Very rude employer. They have started working in the month of April-20 without any social distancing and cut the salary 30-50% from April to December 20 even after making good growth in profits and sales from May-20.

Very bad experience. No Career growth. Salary is very less. Work environment is not comfortable. No chances of onroll for engineers work through apprentice. Very high work pressure. I frankly said through my experience do not get job at this for fresher mechanical engineers. Only reference are made good opportunity.
