Work life balance is missing. You'll have to work 6 days a week if you're put in operations. Work culture is a little bit odd.

...ing. Staff is very helpfull and supportive. The wok and life is quite good here. But the one think I wanted to say that salary is very much poor. You will never get the salary you deserve so there is no value for your work no one approciate you of you do the great job. So if you want a balance life the Varroc is definitely a very good place. But if you want a good salary then please don't go for Varroc. Thank you!

Therevis lot a politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joined.

Overall experience working with Varroc engineering limited is average. Salary cuts during this lockdown is as per guidelines from Bajaj Auto Ltd. Good thing is that they paid almost every employee.

Dislikes

Work burden is on only few people while rest enjoy perks of being relatives of at higher positions. Relations is given priority on skills. Semi skilled workforce are being paid much more than Engineers who works beyond their prescribed working hours ( No compensation for Extra working hours). Transportation facility is not good. Even at this pandemic Bus is fully loaded. Canteen food quality is poor. More focus is given to work as per document rather than as per Logical reasoning. More focus is on finding culprits rather than providing solutions. Brainstorming hardly occur.
