If you get an opportunity on senior position then it's ok you can enjoy the high pay. But consider culture as a null

There's no identification mechanism of workload employee facing, work life balance doesn't even exist for junior level employees & even you will not apà

For on campus freshers the salary is good.

Apart from salary everything else is pretty bad. You get put into any departments at any location at random. Doesn't matter your specialization, you'll be put into departments that are not at all relevant to you. On top of that you will be into a completely different department after one year that has no relation with the first one. So now, in your resume, you have one year experience in one field and another year experience in a completely different field and your bachelor's specialization is in a completely different field.

1) Layoff two times in year 2024 2) Increment is not base on performance, meanwhile after resigned varroc was gave hike. 3) Culture very bad 4) No work satisfaction along with no work base on employee profile 5) Notice period 3 month mandatory and it's not negotiable 6) System not smoothly work due employee not satisfaction work culture and financial group 7) R&D HR need take appointment for meeting him 8) Canteen facility very poor
