so poor, so much politics, no career growth, no salary increment for last 3 years, bad work environment,

work pressure is very high, daily have to work 14 to 16 hours, salary not provide time to time, managers are not cooperative and helping, in covid19 I donot get my salary for last two month, and properly not say about salary or about my job security.

Good work environment. Colleagues & Directors both are very co-operative & friendly.

Dislikes

No proper salary slab/ Yearly increment & leave facility for all staffs. No training session for the new joinee.

NO INCREMENT. INCREMENT IS DONE ONLY BY ""OILING & BUTTERING" THE SENIOR MANAGERS. AFTER OILING & BUTTERING THOSE SENIORS, INCREMENT IS DEPENDING UPON THEIR MOOD AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE MANAGEMENT. NO FACILITIES. NO BENEFITS. NO CL, NO SL.
