One HAVE to participate in bs "office activity" such as meditation, hanuman jayanti and what not bogus stuffs. 5. They will make you play school sports in scorching heat in the name of office picnic. And at the end of the day due to poor management you will get no appropriate food. 6. The HR in this office neither has any power nor any responsibility. 7. Employees litter the pantry room almost every day, the stinking smell would make you nauseous everyday. 8. Just agree with the Director's wife, and you will get promoted regardless of your work performance. She is the head of Digital Marketing team with absolutely no knowledge of the field. Just like to boast towards her team shout at people.

Worthless Management No Salary Growth No on-time Salary No Career Growth Senior Management Not Supportive Enough (excepting few) Office Politics 100% No Scope to Implement Your Own Creative Branding Ideas You will feel like a SLAVE if you work here for 1 or 2 years. There are many such stagnant employees who have been working since past 10 or 15 years. Terrible Work Culture No Work Ethics Management is Illiterate (0 knowledge) HR Dept is the Management's Puppet. HR Dept has no opinion of their own or has no decision making skills. Extremely Low Employee Retention Rate Hiring & Firing keeps on happening every month very frequently. No Sincere Employee can sustain here for long. Worst Working Environment Ever !! Pathetic Experience. EMPLOYEES are not Respected at all. You are only valued if you become a Slave to the Management & HR. (Absolutely Genuine Review given by a 9+ experience professional. You can blindly trust on my review. Please don't step in this office if you really want to seek package & salary growth.)

My colleagues were the best thing about this role in this toxic office environment. My team were supportive each and every time and honestly they are the only reason I stayed for this long.

Toxic Management and HR. Ridiculous and ancient policies. Salary always late. HODs have 0 knowledge about they are doing. Conservative towards women employees only. Married female employees had to resign if they get pregnant as there's no maternity leave. Every week there's some meditation session where the wife of the director promotes her "Guru and his Ashram". They keep terminating employees without showing any reason, replaces them with new fools. And after you resign, stories will be made up by the director's wife towards her new team members. The old male employees are always eyeing female employees and creepy behaviours at its best. Favouritism is the only things matters during appraisal. The director's wife/The head of Digital Marketing team knows absolutely nothing about the department and will make one to use plagiarised contents in her websites, social media and official copies. In conclusion, stay far far away from this establishment if you don't want to suffer.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... any promotion or increments after a long years working with this fraud company. Unnecessary, without any reason the company cut employees salary every month. This fraud company getting higher AMC rates from clients side but not provide proper backend service or not prove supports often and escaped from client side. If any employee leave this company after providing full month service for the company. This fraud company does not provide any salary for last working month even also the employee having proper attendance and service proof. Their senior authority's behaviour is very rude and unsocial disgusting. Several talented and skilled employees left their jobs earlier after joing this company. So my advice is that no one should join to this company to be spoiled their career life.
