The culture at Vardhman textiles is very good & the employees are very cooperative & understanding.

Dislikes

One thing that i don't like here is salary structure & appraisal system. There is no career growth for staff level.

Company is good for learning & gaining experience because they don't provide good or justifying salary according to job. Leave & holiday or also less only 7 PH & 7 CL & 18 PL. Canteen are there but you have to pay Rs.30 for per plate and same luch is average quality. No extra activities training. No engagement program

Dislikes

Very less leave & holiday. Strict timing. No any kinds of employees engagement or freshneess program. Even tea is not free. No any kinds of celebration.

...ty to the production.... It's culture, teammates are all good and supportive.... But the major drawback is its salary structure.. I am little bit disappointed because it's not worth to the job assigned to the employee... although I have the best learning experience here..... As it is my first job... So overall working here is quite good for learning aspect....

I here dislike only the salary they offered, it's not match with the capability of employee... And the work load also....

No job security for Civil Engineer those are on higher management role. Those are looking for career growth please don't join Vardhman, there is no scope for promotion, increment comparing to other departments. Site higher management is biased and there is lack of transparency. Leave policy and medi-claim need to change as per leading industries in market.

Only Job security, although you will have less salary and benefits and appraisals, but your job will be secured. Because of cheaper Labours.

Dislikes

Salary structure is very poor. When you will leave vardhman, you won't have any money. This is the harsh reality of vardhman Fabrics. As well as , only sychophants will get promotions. In vardhman, there is no value of Qualifications and work Experience, even the output you give does not consider at the time of appraisal.
