No like working Vardhman, because i have completed 7 year, my start salary 7000 and currently salary 14000, there are no growth

I dislike about working at Vardhman textile, because growth is very slow, when i was joined company my salary is 7000 at present my salary 14000 growth , hr don't want any employee do growth, every mnc company keep off Sunday nd Saturday , but there are on off

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the facts that i am a part of a team that markets reliable. Team meat are also coopretive & ready to do help in working. Job security is very good & appraisal system of company is also good. Company always take initiatives for training & development .

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Owner thoughts are very good. A lot of old experienced people exist in the organization benefitting to sustain good culture. Yearly increament.

Salary structure is not well defined. Thought is dont compromise salary in starting . Try to get as much as possible.

No job security for Civil Engineer those are on higher management role. Those are looking for career growth please don't join Vardhman, there is no scope for promotion, increment comparing to other departments. Site higher management is biased and there is lack of transparency. Leave policy and medi-claim need to change as per leading industries in market.
